In today’s episode, Angie is joined by her 13-year old, Mackenzie, to discuss bullying and the way it has touched and shaped the past five years of her life. We discuss the differences she has experienced between bullying by girls or boys, the impact on mental health and what step could help those bullied speak out.

We also touch on how bullying in elementary school leads to lack of trust and confidence as the child grows up and how to be true to yourself. Both share three top tips for navigating bullying as the girl and the mom.
