Welcome

This space is for women navigating midlife, healing and the in-between.

If you’re here, you may be standing in a season that feels unfamiliar, tender, or unsettled.

Something may be ending.
Something new may not yet have words.
The old ways no longer fit — and the next way isn’t clear.

This space exists for you.

You haven’t arrived here by accident.

What is The Threshold?

The Threshold is the space in between —
where healing becomes lived practice, not theory.

Here, we don’t rush answers or force clarity.
We practice staying … with ourselves, with our bodies.

We remember.

When you stay —
and when someone stays with you —
the Threshold becomes a place of safety rather than fear.

You may recognize yourself here

You may be:

  • a woman breaking cycles in her family

  • the one who feels deeply and carries more than she shows

  • navigating midlife change that feels both necessary and unsettling

  • longing for peace without bypassing what’s real

You may feel tired, raw, unsure — and also quietly aware that something meaningful is happening inside you.

You are not behind.
You are not failing.
You are in the middle of your own unfolding.

A truth I hold with you…

The greatest healing often happens inside discomfort —
not because it’s easy, but because it’s honest.

Nothing rising within you is wrong.
What’s surfacing now is surfacing to be healed.

You don’t have to push it away.
You don’t have to make meaning yet.
You don’t have to carry it alone.

In the Threshold, we practice presence.
We practice relationship.
We practice staying.

Before you go

Be still for a moment.

Notice your breath.
Notice what brought you here.
Notice what feels a little steadier than when you arrived.

You are safe to stay.
You are not alone in this.
And everything that’s rising is rising for a reason.

Welcome home.
